Carolyn L. Mendes, 73, of Pawtucket, passed on October 1, 2019. She was the wife of the late Larry J. Mendes. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Joseph F. Sliney and Dorothy Cordeau.
She is survived by her children, Christine Cordeiro and husband Paulo, Jason J. Jenschke and wife Kristen; siblings, Joseph, Dorothy and Kenneth Sliney; grandchildren, Matthew, Jordan, Jace, Jaden, Aalyssa and Caleb. She was predeceased by a son, Scott Jenschke; and brother, Steven Tella.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, October 7th from 6:00 - 8:00p.m. at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 8th at 10:00a.m. at St. Anthony Church, 32 Lawn Ave., Pawtucket. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, 1 Rhode Island Ave., Johnston. Relatives and friends are invited.
